Angela Boehm

B/D Operations Manager

Angela Boehm has a master’s degree in business administration and holds a Series 99 license. She has been with L.M. Kohn & Company since 1996. She handles many of the accounting requirements of the firm and takes care of the firm’s financial reporting obligations with the regulatory authorities and auditors. She is also the firm’s main account administrator with the CRD and handles the various filings associated with that system. Angela also processes the rep commissions and maintains the Xtiva commission system. She is married to her husband Randy and has two children.
